Processing operations are implemented in such a way as to ensure the logical, physical security and confidentiality of your personal data.

The data provided will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, namely:

1. data related to the handling of data subject's requests: for as long as necessary to fulfill the data subject's request;

2. data related to the registration of data: until the request for deletion and a maximum of 2 years after the last interaction;

3. data related to c.v. for 24 months;

4. data related to the processing of quotations: until the expiration of validity indicated in the quotation. In case of acceptance of the quote, the data will be kept for the time indicated in the appropriate information, i.e. for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and for a period after the conclusion of the contract equal to 10 years;

5. data collected for sending the newsletter and for marketing purposes, commercial communications: until the exercise of the right to object and in any case for 2 years from the last interaction of the data subject;

6. data collected for publication on First's website, social networks on catalogs and brochures for 24 months.

 

LEGAL BASIS AND MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROVIDING DATA

The provision to First of personal data, which are requested in the different occasions of collection, may be mandatory or optional.
